How do I renew my Subscription?

Please log in first then click on your email address and choose Subscription Details from the drop down menu.

Why does my calendar drop down not let me put in the date I want?
Please ensure you have subscribed for that Financial Year.

My Reports are not working?
As this is a web app you need to refresh the webpage to update the generated reports. Click on the refresh button (circular arrow) next to the webpage address bar. Once status shows as Success and PDF shows in blue you can download the Report. Some very large reports may take a few minutes to be generated.

Why am I not receiving my forgotten email password?
Assuming your email address is correct, check your junk email folder. If you require us to fix the issue or need to change your email address, email us at enquiries@taxrecord.com.au with your contact phone number and old & new email address so we can update them for you.

My New Subscription for Existing Clients is not showing up?
Please log out and back in again for new subscriptions to show up.

I paid, but my subscription isn’t showing – what should I do?

Try logging out and back in again. If your subscription still doesn’t appear, it may be because you didn’t return to our site after completing the PayPal checkout. If that happens, just email us at subscriptionsupport@taxrecord.com.au with your payment details and we’ll manually activate it for you.

Can I use TaxRecord on my phone or tablet?

Yes. You can access TaxRecord through your mobile browser. For android devices, please use Google Chrome for best compatibility.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are based on financial years. You’ll need a separate subscription for each financial year you want to enter data into. This makes it easy to keep your records organised year by year.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can use a Pay Pal account or pay by credit/debit card.

Can my accountant or Tax Agent access my records?

Yes. Tax Agents can subscribe to the free of charge tax year which creates a user account and this is enough to give them access to your taxrecord file using their own login and password. They can also subscribe and use any of the taxrecord products subscribed for within this login. They can access your records but they need to log out of one clients and back into their taxrecord to view the next client. They can only have one client at a time logged in on the same computer. The taxrecord file can be open and used at the same time by the agent and client on different computers which enables them to assist you.

Can I download or export my records?

Yes. Reports can be generated as PDF’s or CSV’s in some cases which you can save, print or email to your accountant.
